TPS validity is extended for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan

It bee extended automatically the validity of any documentation related of TPS (Temporary Protection Status) for countries as El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan, including the Employment Authorization (EAD), according to the statement from the Department of Homeland Security. This extension is worth until December 31, 2022.
TPS recipients from these six countries will maintain their status as long as they continue to meet all individual requirements for TPS eligibility. See the TPS requirements HERE .
Beneficiaries who wants to obtain an EAD card showing the expiration date of December 31, 2022, must submit their Application for Employment Authorization to the USCIS.
